Yes, it is an interesting buffalo sculpture. It reminds me of when we lived near Lubbock TX and visited the National Ranching Heritage Museum of Texas Tech University. It had life-sized cattle sculptures out in front of the museum. If you are ever in Lubbock it is a wonderful place to visit.
