Last week I created a collage of Ross Castle. This week: Muckross House, also in Killarney National Park. The four of us met up near the lake and took a boat ride, bicycles and all, over to the estate and gardens. Some house, eh? (click on collage to enlarge!)
It was late in the day, and mom and I walked about the gardens, stopped at the restaurant for dessert and popped into the gift shop. I usually buy myself one gift while traveling, and decided today was the day! The fabric of this bag was woven at the Mucros Weavers Workshop, and "sent out" (locally) to be sewn into a purse! Isn't it beautiful!
