I was introduced to the world of Google when I started using their search engine, many years ago.
Then a few months back, I set up a gmail account. It was great, getting my personal mail without having to be at my home computer. If you don't have a gmail account, I would suggest looking into it.
Then I heard about Google Base.

People use Google Base to find jobs, housing, cars, even vacation rentals. But for me, Google Base was a way to put "Products," or my jewelry, on the internet. I started reading in some of the Etsy forums how you can send all your items at once, through a data feed. Many people have done it.
It worked for me at first. I downloaded over 50 items at one time. Then, for one reason or another, some of my items were "Disapproved," maybe because of the word "fetish" in my descriptions. But there's an option to download products one at a time. And it worked. I just copy and pasted the information from my Etsy pages - and took the questionable word out!
You can read more about Google Base on Etsy if you want, in the forums. There's one thread, called Load your items into Google Base - SUPER EASY, in Business Topics, that has been discussing this since mid-August. As of today, August 29th, there are over 1500 posts. I think the Etsy Admin has taken notice, and are trying to help shop owners. You can also set up an easy payment method called Google Checkout. Have you ever purchased products on Google Base, or tried using the site to sell things? Please share your experiences in the comments. Thanks!
