Went shopping today for beads.
Now if you're a beader or jewelry designer, you know how exciting this can be. I went to a chain store in Wichita Falls, Texas called Friendze. Their selection of real turquoise wasn't to my liking. And they didn't have any fetishes to speak of, but of course I couldn't leave the store empty handed. Here's my before pic:

Sorry you didn't find what you wanted - but it looks like you got some really fun stuff!
I have never heard of that bead shop. But right near me is a place called "The Bead Shop" which I used to order from online. I have the same problem, I go on for one specific thing, and even if they don't have that, well next thing I know they are ringing up that cash register!
Sorry you didn't like their turquoise. Glad you found some pretties though. Can't wait to see what you do with them.
Oh, bead stores are SO dangerous! I have to keep telling myself, "I don't need that. I don't need that. Step away from the display!"
But I go nuts at the wholesale shows. Oh, the bliss.
PS Thanks for the note about not seeing the "Comments" link. I changed it immediately!
Oh my goodness! What are the red ones? Never seen anything like them before.
Oh the joy of bringing home your bead shop back end enjoying even more!
Is that red coral...I too was wondering?
OMG I'm like a kid in the candy shop at the bead store!
Looks like a fun shop with unusual, beautiful items. I'd love to shop there!
